The men in our church have truly lived up to this quote. They have given their all into the growth of the church and in glorifying God’s Word. They have done their duties without expecting anything in return and are growing stronger year after year. The Men’s Fellowship began in 1989. The meetings are held on the first Sunday of the month and the men are praying that God continues to give them the strength to continue doing His work in the church. The meetings are centered on the Word of God as well as building relationships, and being the strong foundation for not only the younger men in church but also the church as a whole.

Ephesians 5:19
We believe that praise and worship is a core component of God’s ministry and that music is a universal language. The Assembly of Believers Church thus makes use of a diverse style of music in the hope that all our members go home having being blessed no matter what language they speak.
We have a team of exceptionally talented young musicians and singers whom God is using as instruments to communicate His divine message to His children. A large number of the members of the Praise and Worship are former Sunday School members. Over the years, they have grown spiritually and continue to lead the congregation to higher heights of praise and worship. They are an energetic group that is ever so eager to make music of worship in the house of the Lord.
As the Praise and Worship Team continues to grow in number, unity and spirit, we pray that God continues to mould and shape these youngsters into worship leaders that will bring about a transformation not only in the church but in the society that surrounds them as well.

2 Timothy 2:15

The Bible encourages us to study the Word of God for personal and spiritual growth.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

The above scripture depicts that God has truly accredited women with great value. Women are the pillars in the home and in society, therefore they are an integral part of the church and the ministry. Our Assembly founded a sisters’ fellowship in 1989 with our late Sister Williams as the Sisters’ Leader. She was an inspirational leader and the result of her hard work is still evident today.
The Sisters’ Meetings are currently held on the 1st Sunday of each month. The purpose of these meetings is to pray together as the mothers of our church and to have the opportunity to fellowship with one another. The sisters have an open door policy in that they discuss anything and everything that will help them grow stronger in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Word of God is always the centre of their discussion and their aim is to build the Kingdom of God and to instill Godly values in younger women. As the sisters continue to develop, we have every faith that the Lord Jesus will continue to strengthen and inspire these women to not only become great women, but great ambassadors of Christ Jesus.
